Holla Advocaten advises Dentaid SL Holla Advocaten, in close cooperation with our European Law Firm-member Álvaro Saumell Llado, advised Dentaid SL (Spain) in the acquisition of the remaining 50% shares in Dentaid Benelux from LabOral International. Dentaid BeNeLux BV was founded in 1998 as a joint venture of LabOral and Barcelona-based Dentaid. Dentaid is active in the development and marketing of oral care products. The company is active in various countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Peru, Chile and the Benelux.
