Martijn joined our Corporate Law team in March 2024. Within the team, he specializes in Financing, Securities & Insolvency, Corporate Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Martijn provides advice on corporate legal matters. Aside from that he also handles bankruptcy cases and merger and acquisition processes.

Martijn is an enthusiastic lawyer with a practical approach. He enjoys delving into clients' businesses and thinking along with them. With this pragmatic approach, Martijn focuses on delivering targeted, effective solutions for his clients. His extensive, specialized knowledge of corporate law significantly contributes to this.
