Louise van de Mortel

Louise has been a lawyer in the Intellectual Property, IT & Privacy team at Holla Legal & Tax since 2021. She provides expert advice, drafts contracts, and litigates on issues related to trade names, trademarks, designs, copyright law, advertising law, and commercial contracts.

During her studies, Louise interned at an IP boutique law firm in Amsterdam and a leading international trademark office. These internships gave her practical experience in international IP law, advertising law, and media law. She later worked as a paralegal in Online Brand Protection at the same trademark office, where she focused on enforcing trademark and copyright rights on social media, in domain names, and on online marketplaces. Her clients included large international corporations.

As a lawyer, Louise is both creative and passionate. She maintains a strong focus and communicates with clarity.
