Cheryl van Dooren

Cheryl has been working at Holla legal & tax since May 2023 and is part of our Corporate Law team. She primarily focuses on M&A and Commercial Contracts.

Cheryl is a driven and enthusiastic legal assistant who is fully committed to her clients. She works efficiently and precisely and always prioritizes the client's interests.

In addition to her Master's degree in Corporate Law, she has also obtained a Master's in Tax Law. This dual academic background gives her a broad perspective on the legal issues that arise within corporate law.
